Good excuse to trot out my Mica-Sonic Deluxe set again. These were made by Star c. 1967.

Here is one that i picked up yesterday.  Coronet tom and FT made of luan with rings and all. The bassdrum is a badass 6 lugger 20" :laughing6: . It came with 4 cymbals and an Eagle badge Rogers snare from 1955... sweeeeet.

Cool! That Rogers is a killer find too! That's one classy looking kit!

I have only seen the Mica Swing Line 8.

The Mica Swing Line were the budget model, the Mica-Sonic Deluxe was a step up. I've written them up here on the forum before, should come up in a search.

My first kit and long gone, Prestige blue marine pearl made its debut I was 13 or so.
Always keep an eye out for one to pop up. I've seen a few prestige but no blue marine.
