I'll be in L.A./San Clemente next week...anything good going on?

Family vacation so don't know how much time I'll have to do drum shops/music etc....but if anyone's got the lead on something let me know

San Clemente is not close to LA at least in drive time.  San Clemente is a great town.  Go to Nicks for dinner, their fried chicken might be the best in the land (and yes I've had fried chicken in the south) and they make excellent martinis.

 

Then go to South of Nicks for great mexican food.

 

All on the main "strip" in SC.

 

LA sucks - traffic up the ying yang.

If you wanna come 2 stepping my honky tonk band is playing in Dana Point CA on weds 6/20.

REAL nice club with a real dance floor & REAL country dancing.

I’ll be playing on Friday the 22nd, at Mahe in Dana Point. They’ve got great food, some good music too! ;-)

Nancy Wilson is playing at the Coach House on the 21st.

Gary Hoey on the 22nd

And Uncle Teddy is there on the 27th and 28th.

We're flying in to LA then going to SC for a few days then back in to LA...already know about Nicks haven't been but its been on my list... LA I always go to Roscoe's and Pink's

Shoot probably will miss both of y'all at Dana Point, that's close to SC but I think we will be in LA Wed - Fri

HA! We love the Swallows! We are back there in Aug. Great place. Esp the mens room!  :laughing6: ;-)
