The same one WITH the original box went for $17 shipped, which is about what one costs new...i bought a couple of them before and based my bid on price of a new one so both were scored for about $15 each...the one with the original box would be nice for collectors but I dont get this other one going so high and "reserve not met"....who puts a reserve on something like that anyhow?!?!

eh, i contacted the BSer....told me to go back to craigslist...? I think i've been ebaying long enought to spot blaintant shill bidding! I've watched those many of times, bought two for under $20 shipped, and dont think I've ever seen one go for much more. Great vintage whistle, and the kids love em!
