#1652077 DFO Faces V.2

Posted by jccabinets on 21 February 2018 - 02:03 PM

Okay what the heck,

Besides playing drums in my rock band I really dig hiking and nature. Have been to many National parks and we focus our vacations on them every year. That pic by the lake is Lake Superior, standing on the shore of Pictured Rocks National Lake shore last summer.

#1639870 Chicago Vintage Drum Show

Posted by jccabinets on 20 January 2018 - 08:45 AM

I'm HOPING to get there this year....despite being all of 15 minutes away.

Daughter #2 chose May 19 as the day for her wedding, so it's going to be a busy wedding. I have my fingers crossed that I can sneak away for part of Sunday afternoon.

It's the closest thing we drummers have to a Star Trek convention.

That was where I was last year, daughters wedding. So far it looks like I will go this year. Looking forward to meeting all of you guys.

Posted by jccabinets on 30 October 2017 - 05:37 AM

So what is a fair price to  offer on a used car?  5% off of asking price? We are looking at cars with 30,000 miles or less.

#1227897 DIY disc sander

Posted by jccabinets on 26 February 2015 - 02:36 PM

Thats the way to go if you have the time and muscle, when you do it a little bit more for couple of decades you might think differently. I wouldn't recommendate a large diy disc sander for any amateur wood worker or starting builder anyway, but I'm imazed howcome no one having one is willing to show their setups.

Very true! I guess its the best way for me.

Can't imagine why that's interesting but you taught me a lesson to ask why you wanted the serial numbers.
If I known it was to "compare" I would have made them up instead of bothering an employee to go into storage and
find them.
Now I know I charge 7.99 for curiosity searches.  :idea1:

Yay next time make them up. Sorry to waste your time.

This video is 3 years old. Some have gone MANY more have come. I will update it soon.

Wow, at first I thought, I am not going to sit threw a five minute video, then I liked the music right away and the drums were amazing. So I did watch the entire thing and really enjoyed it. You have an amazing collection!
