Does anyone know if there is a digital archive available like MD?
I loved my Modern Drummer mags but converted to all digital a few years ago and actually find myself going back to the older issues more often in digital format that I ever did in print.
Looking at the Euro prices, it looks like between 4K-5K for the basic sets with pads up to 7K for the fully loaded versions.Looks to be a partnership with Gewa in Europe.
The wife and I are starting our yearly spring cleaning and I am back in my office looking at my jumbo CD cases holding over 3,000 CD'S and I am contemplating converting all of them to digital format on a hard drive to access. After 30 years of records I finally got rid of all of them in the 90's...
The wraps are Formica based in solid colors.
Mounts, Spurs, Claws all come from the Signet series
They are using the Micro classic lugs similar to what used to be on Classic Birch years ago.
For durability, the Formica wrapped shells will be great because the finish is part of the shell lay up...

First they had the SLP series of snares and now they are going to follow them up with limited run kits possibly? Mapex has done this with 4 or 5 of their Black Panther series drums.
They have a wood hoop kit in the same darkened room style...
Actually they do not own the factory or have any financial interests in it.
