When I first started gigging we played a dive bar that had chicken wire around the stage. Mid 70's . There was beer ALL over my new Classic Maple Ludwig's. Talk about being P.O.' d. I never played a dive again ( We chewed our booking agent out!) We got better gigs after that, and made more money too. But everyone needs to do that just once.
