Playing drums off and on since I was 13 or 14. In Fall of 2022 will have a kit once more. The youngest kid will be going to college so I can claim a bedroom as my drum space again. Other than playing for fun along with tapes as a teen I have played in different churches as part of youth ensembles and later as an adult as member of a praise team. Going forward I plan to play for fun and maybe take an occasional gig as opportunity presents.

First kit in late 70s was a yellow Rogers set with Acrolite snare, Zildjian & Paiste.
Second kit early 80s was a natural maple Ludwig in sizes way too big for the music I played along with Paiste. Sold in mid 80s.
Next kit was in early 2000s, PDP birch with Saluda, Sabian & Paiste.
My 2022 kit will be ??? but with all Paiste for sure.
