People are so quick to bash a company online and rarely leave compliments. Negative reviews are simply a part of the world we live in.

Give a warning first. I’ve gotten rid of clients, but unless what they did was out & out wrong, I always gave a warning first.

I don’t play Pearl, but I know a couple of those guys really well. Good people and I agree that they really care about their clients. I also see you are exactly the type of player they work towards to satisfy. They had you setup for each need you had in your playing life.

I think it started out badly; everyone with their fake names and no consequence for their behavior. At least with Facebook, whatever it is someone says does have them even if it’s just personal reputation.

I can understand why people don’t like it, but it’s gotten me back in touch with a lot of people who I would have always thought, “I wonder what happened to him/her”. Facebook just lead to me organizing a high school swim team reunion where even the coach came. It was a great time.
