    Has anyone here had experience with these? These are the traditional Bop sizes, 4pc kit, under $700.00. They look good from photos and seem like a great price, but then again? Any opinions here?

    I have a 66 Rogers Holiday 20/12/14 that I love. I have an opportunity to get a early 70's Rogers 18" floor tom in the same color (solid black pearl?) Anyway...what do you guys think of cutting it down and making it a true bass drum? Any down falls to this,are the shells thinner, re-rings ect...
