    Tom is in good shape, especially given it’s age. I have the matching rk snare, which by dating the rk snare stamp puts it between 1950-1953. Includes original calf skin heads on batter and reso and mounting bracket. Please see pics. $110 shipped CONUS, PayPal only.

    Acrolite snare, tuning issue

    Looking for a basic snare sound and to hold a tuning. Should have mentioned that the hoops from the pearl are on there now, pearl has aftermarket 2.3 hoops currently. Also tried a pair of S hoops on the acro with same results. Checked for lug stripping but that doesn't seem to be an issue,
