I wiped inside of shell with some tung oil, put on ratchet straps, actually used my body weight to push more into round, tightened straps and then put heads on both sides and let it sit for a week or two... or more.
Love Premiers. Have a few HiFis myself. No special wires needed on these. I did replace the throw on one of mine because it constantly turning itself off, just couldn't get it to work . But wonderful drums.
A very cool cymbal, hollow logo. A bit heavier (will post weight soon). As you can guess, lots of great stick. Was using this with another Tradtional ride right next to it for a while. Fun to play.

Here is a really cool cymbal. Nice dark patina. Not sure of classification crash/ride. On the heavier side ( working on getting a weight). I think it might make a nice left side ride. A few rough spots on edge.

Round logo, made in Germany.
I have used these many years and just love them. Bright and clean, classic sound. I believe these were the precursor to the Signatures. Discontinued now. And better sounding than the later 'frankenlogo' version.

Yes! I am playing 4 kinds of cymbals and really enjoy the way they work together.
K Con 14" hats
22" Istanbul Agop SE Jazz ride
20" Meinl Trash Crash
16" Paiste Traditional
I find them all to have a trashiness to them that I really like. May sound crazy but I have a blast playing them.
