    Can a You Recover a Coated BD Head that was Used as a Batter? (see pics)

    Hey, Gang! Any idea if you can restore the rough white coating on a BD head? (Pls see pics) It was used as a Batter by the previous Owner. Maybe it is a Batter, but I'm hoping to restore to use as a Reso Head. Any Tips/Suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!
