    Sting Tribute drum cam

Thanks guys!! That snare is Noble & Cooley 14x4,75 Alloy Classic that I bought around 15 years ago. I recently found out that it sounds better with Remo coated Emperor top head / Ambassador snare side combo. Emperor adds a little bit more body to the sound compared to Ambassador or CS batter...

    Sting Tribute drum cam

Hey DFO! Here's drum cam of If I Ever Lose My Faith In You from our Sting / The Police Tribute in Helsinki Finland. We had our first gig right before coronavirus hit hard...and this was recorded last weekend, so it was almost 6 months break between shows. Anyway, it was a blast to have a few...

Steely Dan Reelin' In The Years Cover

Thanks for watching! Check out Boz Scaggs Lido Shuffle with Jeff Porcaro on drums, that's a great pop/rock shuffle and very similar to this Steely Dan song.

Zildjian K Sweet vs K Cluster crash demo

Great!! Yes, I use SnareWeight's to reduce tom ringing to overhead mics when I'm recording, they bounce after the initial hit and then dampen the head a little bit. Works for me and doesn't change the sound as much as Moongel or rings.

Zildjian K Sweet vs K Cluster crash demo

My 21" K Sweet ride is really crashable but I think it's on a light range of K Sweet rides, I have tried a little heavier on drum shops and they have a clearer bell and not so much wash compared to mine...but I liked those too :)

Zildjian K Sweet vs K Cluster crash demo

Thanks!! I'm still very pleased with these K Sweet & Cluster cymbals. I use these all the time and some Kerope hi-hats & Rides when I want older sounds. You can hear these cymbals on almost every video on my channel since I got the cymbals...if you like more real-life demos :)

    Tower Of Power cover

Hi again :) Here's something more complicated compared to my earlier drum covers. I tried to copy Garibaldi's playing as closely as I could but it will never sound exactly like that... Anyway, I hope you enjoy watching this :) The snare is my vintage Ludwig Supraphonic from 63-64, sounds very...
