There she is! Maybe we've discussed this before, but I owned that drum at one point!

What heads do ya'll use on 15"s?
No kidding! Was yours?
Wow, small world. I think I found it on Reverb, can't recall.
I threw a Gib. 3-point replica throw on it.

For batters I usually look for any single-ply 15" that's on sale or closeout, and they often are. Sometimes an Emp, whatever's handy really.

Another 15" Slingerland fan here.
The thing I love about it is that I can crank the heads to get a nice sharp crack without it getting too thin and high pitched, like some 14's do. I especially like to use it when the guitarists tune down to drop c#.




It plays well with my 26"x10" Premier mahogany bass




I had to change the reso head and snare wires when I got it. But I'm afraid it will lose it's mojo if I change the ancient Emperor batter head...
