Thoughts on what would be a good left side ride for this cymbal. I have a 20" HH flat but need something that will crash. The flat doesn't do well, and the Legacy seems too heavy. I'm just looking for suggestions as I can always stick a crash in this two-cymbal set up.

I have the same cymbal and two good options come to mind. The 20in HHX Legacy would be a good choice and would have a similar sonic profile as the 22in Heavy Legacy. The 20in is much thinner and has a nice crash.

If you want something with a smoother, washier tone, the 20in HHX Manhattan is a good option.

David beat me to it - I was going to suggest the 20” HHX Legacy ride as well .
Another good choice is the HH Vanguard cymbals - they work equally well riding and crashing and are not too loud and brash .
