Went to an audition. Jazz gig, they said they had drums there. Hihat cymbals only, bring any others I wanted. Went expecting the worst. Figured it'd be ok. Was pleasantly surprised. Not a real DW worshipper, but these were pretty nice. Really liked the bass drum. And, I got the gig.......

I like their style.
Plus, we had fun. Similar attitudes, know a lot of the same people. Pretty funny, the late Don Young, owner of National Resophonic was a mutual friend. Small towns!

wonder if (I)owned those and put a solid letter instead of outlined "DW" head on the front would increase the value they seem like good solid drums think that'd work? (lol

I could, I suppose. But, I’ve got a ‘70’s Gretsch kit I really like, and a ‘64 Slingerland that’s really special. I’d rather play mine.
