Anybody have any info on my 26" Zildjian? Was told it is 60s or 70s. It sounds great. Thanks for any info!

That looks to me like the Trans Stamp with features of both type I and III.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you can find the images that highlight the features on your cymbal. What mainly sticks out to me is the two dots in the dot dot dash dash are very close together (type I), but the text (R over M and A over A) alignment is type III.

Curious to hear what others notice.

That’s a Trans Stamp. You’re sitting on gold!

I will add that the bell lathing looks more Trans III, but at 26" it's all a guess.

It's a trans stamp type 3. The Type 1's have different lettering alignment (KMBA vs. RMAA .....and H over E is different between them)....plus you need the cross hatching inside the lettering.

Pretty monstrous cymbal for sure. If it's med thin or lighter.....pure gold.

Had a 26" Trans Stamp a few years ago. Sold it at the 2019 Chicago Show. It was magical!!

In high school in the 1970s, i saw the Stan Kenton Big Band with Peter Erskine on drums, and Peter was using HUGE cymbals. I had never seen cymbals that huge!
