Anybody know what’s going on with Gauger percussion?

Hi all! I was trying to order some replacement grommets and springs for my 16” floor Tom dynamount. Their website says they not building anymore and just selling remaining inventory. I tried purchasing thru their site but the process gets hung up half way thru. I tried an email and a messenger message but so far no answers. My next step is to call if I can find a number. Anybody else have any problems getting in touch with them?

There was a thread recently about them/from them about having difficulties due to the high cost of raw materials and such. I ordered something from them at that time and it showed up right away. Maybe things have progressed unfortunately.
