Great picture, buddy.Pic from last night. Great restaurant and bar in the middle of nowhere! Packed the place and it was rockin! People are ready to party.
Looks awesome. I don’t mind playing a extra hour or so it’s always fun playing. Killer stage it looks like.Downtown Dallas gig started weird with the venue asking us to do a five hour set instead of the agreed upon three hours, then we find out its a private party (and we had fans coming), then sound check changes from 6 to 7. Kinda flustered at start, but it got better as the private party ended.

Looks like it was fun. Killer kit as wellI played a fun one today. It was a benefit event for some sort of dog rescue. Lots of people, kids, and dogs in costumes. Rep’d the Fullerton era Rogers. I’ve had the kit for a few years but had never played it out before am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Also it was the first outing with the Yamaha Crosstown hardware and that stuff is just plain awesome. Snare was an early 70s Sonor D-454.
That’s so awesome. Every time we are setting up and someone ask what we play I always say polka as a joke lolView attachment 525605
Played polkas today at a small town trunk-or-treat event. Great home brew and a tasty burger with German potato salad made it worth the chilly morning setup. The little kiddos can’t stop dancing to the happy music.
