The Arbiter 602s were a specific branded version of good old Paiste Formula 602 hats for the UK market. The closest thing to yours would be 15" 602 medium hats (unless they were the Sound Edge model). These are available, both in their original production decades, plus they were reissued by Paiste and remain in production. If you still have the bottom cymbal you might even be able to find an orphan 15" 602 for the top. And Paiste being Paiste, a pair of medium hats will sound very close to your long lost Arbiter ones, again presuming that your Arbiter ones were the medium hats model.

With my ever growing collection of 6o2s (I have no sabian, ufips and just a few Zildjians left) I went to but a pair of 6o2 sound edge. . I played the precision 14" sound edge and I loved them so I chose the signature precision instead

And for all you Charlie Watts fans (oh no, here he goes again lol), Charlie's famous beloved 16" crash that you hear on Gimme Shelter, Brown Sugar, Wild Horses, etc was an Arbiter Paiste Formula 602. I always assumed it was an old/60's A. Zildjian, but I finally had the opportunity to see it up close in 1989 and low and behold it was a Paiste 602. My understanding is he bought it in 1968 at Arbiter's in London. It was his only crash for many years, before he added the 18" china in '78. It cracked in 2007 and is now on display with his Ludwig Sky Blue Pearl kit at the Rolling Stones Exhibitionism in NYC, soon to be in Chicago.

The cymbal he's holding in my profile pic is a 60s 16" A crash that I gave him, which sounds very close to his Paiste.
