can't ignore a user

I was trying to ignore a user and it says that I can't ignore that user. I picked some other users at random and was able to ignore them.

Are there some members that are on a do not ignore list or is there some reason the software won't allow me to ignore them?

Hey, Mike, were you able to find out anything about this? I've seen this same problem myself. In fact, I tried to add someone to my Ignore list today and got the message:
