can't switch from IP board setting...

i don't have the DFOv3 option any more. it just says ip board or ip mobile. i prefer the new look where you can hover to see all forums rather than having to go to the site index.

pete, I've switched you back to the DFOv3 skin. I'm not sure why you weren't able to see that option anymore, as I've been unable to reproduce that scenario.
