Chilliwack Drummer Warms Canadian Hearts with 175-Song Rush Tribute

It’s clear we need to reassess our list of Favorite Canadian Drummers after Brandon Toews of Chilliwack (!?!) gifted us by playing through 175 Rush songs in 24 minutes, right?

I checked, and it appears young Brandon Toews was completely overlooked by DFOers. Not surprising! He’s not listed as Chilliwack’s drummer on the band’s website (https://www.gonegonegone.com/chilliwack/) or Wikipedia.
Maybe Brandon Toews is from Chilliwack.

Since I live near Chilliwack I didn't mistake the town for the band in the ambiguous original post.

I went to Chilliwack once to buy a used Milestone kit. Drove from the SF Bay Area to Chilliwack in one day. LONG TRIP (950 miles)!!!! Turned around the next day after collapsing in small hotel there after picking the kit up and drove right back home! Looked like a nice Canadian town.

I’m going to start calling myself “America drummer Vistalite Black.” I’ve considered other place names, but I wouldn’t want confused people to think I’m the drummer for Alabama or Berlin.

Hopefully, Chilliwack will sue and he’ll be forced to bill himself as “Chilliwackian drummer Brandon Toews.”
