It may have been a leaked disclosure. Not saying that it is, but that is one possibility. As for probability, there is no way to tell to what degree. Could be zero.

Roland’s reach goes far outside of music, as they also build a lot of commercial printing and sublimation equipment. Just like their electronic musical instruments, their printing equipment is TOP NOTCH. So if anyone could afford to do it, they CAN.

I've heard this from two independent sources now though not directly from anyone at either company so I'd been holding off on sharing until a formal announcement went out (which is rumored to be today).

'Tis the trend of the times! Brand acquisitions continue to happen throughout the industry. What I find particularly interesting is that DW already has a handful of brands under their umbrella and has made a point of buying up intellectual property pretty much since the beginning of the company. I had thought at one point that we might see DW acquire Remo so this is an interesting move.
