OP Richard, I would call version 2 a “bowling ball” because the sort of consistency and length of draws of the colors, as opposed to swirls and splatters.

The top one is just a finish Ludwig had for a short while a few years ago. Unfortunately my years are starting to run together so i don't know exactly when.

The bottom drum is a 50's WFL that someone wrapped in Bumwrap faded psych red. Bumwrap sells a few different versions of psych red including this one, which is a faded version of the original. Bumwrap scans original finishes into a computer to create their wrap. They must have borrowed a pretty faded drum to make that version.
