Wow, not the news anyone would want to hear for Dom, he is an absolute gem of a guy. I've been lucky enough to spend time with him on several occasions and he's been a great help. I'll keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

Lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in 2018. He was supposed to have the Whipple procedure but when they opened him up for surgery, the cancer was everywhere.

Hoping and praying Dom can have the procedure, whether its the Whipple or something else.

Million dollar question for all of the oncologists of the world. Genetic mutation occurs somehow? Scary, and a big bummer for anyone to deal with. Positive thoughts/vibes/prayers to Dom Famularo, that’s for sure.
