As far as online shopping I have to give a big shout out to (believe it or not) Music-go-round of Columbus, OH. The company typically doesn't ship full kits, but John, the e-commerce specialist there, went above and beyond and personally took my purchase to the local UPS store where I coordinated shipping to Denver. John said he wouldn't have done it for a cheap set, but knew that an almost brand new Brooklyn, and a 4160 snare, plus bags for all was a high-end purchase showed real customer service. Now, the fact that I stole it all for $1360 is another story. So, I guess it isn't the company or the reputation in the industry, but the people that drive success.
