If I am in a particular roim, say Bright Room, there are only a particular set of options for say, a snare.

Can I pull in a snare from another roim that may have the snare I actually want?

You can in Superior Drummer. I'm not sure about EZ Drummer.

Superior Drummer allows it, but it can have some weird artifiacts, especially in overhead / room mics.

I think you can load any kit piece from any pack.
We made an EZX with just kicks and snares exactly for this reason.
