A forum member did purchase that BDP Slingerland 1958 Krupa 1N kit in Wisconsin. Comes with a nice looking 22" SSA small stamp 50's ride cymbal. Probably several thin Victor LaPage cymbals.
Maybe we'll see it discussed here in the near future.

Not a bad Rogers Cleveland kit for $700 out of Delmar, Delaware. The Luxor snare and standard floor tom are worth about that. Only "weakness" is the mounted concert tom....which suggests the floor tom was added later?
Owner said he Dad bought in new in 1965. They've been getting seriously low-balled. So this might be buyable for $600 or so for someone in that area. Cymbals and hardware worth around $200.
All the heads appear to be original Rogers.

I'm sure the floor was added later, that's often what happened with setups that had just a bass, tom, and snare combo. Although -- it could have been ordered at the same time. The bass drum here looks to be single tension, or I would probably try to make the drive and pick these up. Of course I already have one partial Rogers kit, don't need another one at the moment.

The floor tom has pretty significant wrap issues; I've seen additional pics. And Dad is a curmudgeon of significant order. But the hoop mounted tom holder is supercool, half swivo, half W&A. It's in the catalog, you just don't see many.
