On goodwill auction site, this 22,10 12 14 floor 16floor and 5.5 snare Meridian Birch is one to watch. It has the 1cent shipping so really good deal. I have gotten a few items with the 1cent shipping and they were packed really well. currently the bids for each piece are at 79 dollars for floors, 45 for upper toms and 90 for kick. If you just went for the 10 12 14 and 22 you could get a pretty good set for not too much.

No, it means Ludwig has identified them as having a flaw and sells them at a discounted price. Sometimes these flaws are inside the shell or barely perceptible, but it varies from drum to drum.

dang it i luv it! more later but decided to play straight outta the box. No need to adjust for even tensions. Just tightened strap holders and played. I swear some drum dude in the factory who could tune did so! Gonna even play it with the cheaper stock heads. I’m impressed and very happy for the slash deal at LIDC
