With the Rims mounts and black gaskets pretty sure those are modern, as opposed to 70's pointy-badge.

Slingerland Snare Drum
Even has what look like unused Slingerland heads and original snares. Even the red rubber part on the strainer throw is there and those usually dry up and break off.
Includes original case and stand as well.

Did any of you guys buy this snare or were able to contact the seller?

I'm asking because I "bought" this snare and the seller was supposed to ship it to me. However, the seller has dropped off of the planet and is not responding to any communication and I have not received it. I was naive in how I paid and I'm pretty much screwed. I don't really want to get into all of the payment details but would like to know if someone else actually bought it or maybe someone else also got scammed.

Post is now deleted. I was thinking about contacting the seller as it matches my kit but balked to wait for an 8 lugger. I will keep my eyes peeled. Did you buy via craigslist?

Paypal "goods and services" is the only way to go, even if you know the seller.

This was or is a killer deal on a Ludwig 8 piece vistalite (8,10,12,13,14,15,18,24? and 14x6.5 snare) for $1500 which included some nice Zildjians and a pile of hardware. The far right Zildjian looks to be a K of some sort. The others not sure if A or K. Messaged the seller on multiple occasions and they would never actually set up a viewing or provide any additional information. Now they say it's sold...but their ads continue to run...and sold has been removed. Maybe someone else will have better luck....Thomaston, CT.

Update. The kit was bought by a local flipper. They immediately posted the kit at $1400 LESS cymbals and it sold within 48 hrs. Their bottom line was $1000. Don't know what happened to the cymbals. Buyer says they didn't get them. And I doubt the seller kept them. Fake news!

Nice looking Supraphonic with case and stand for $166 delivered just ended. The odd part was that I offered the seller close to $200 del before the auction ended and they refused it. They ended up with less money. Good deal for the 2000 FB buyer. Seller called it a "student" snare. And because it was only listed today....it had very little air time. Poor execution by the seller.
