Explain Bizarre Reverb Listing?

One looks like an ichthus ... The fish.
The other has perhaps the name “Jay”.
Beyond that ... it appears to be just a goofy reference to Russia that may or may not be true.
They are two very rough cymbals that he is parting with under the category of “non-functioning”.
They appear to be fairly young, as evidenced by the feet.
Really not much else that I can ascertain.
Have you reached out to him for amplifying information?
That would seem to be the logical first step. Right?

My best guess.

The first one has 2 watchers and 2 offers, second one, "Joey Jordison" trash can lid has 21 watchers.

..."Spectators" more likely.
