More Simon Phillips, I've posted a video of this last year from the studio session. Start at 01:20 and listen through to 02:00.

And now for something different, Simon Phillips. For those who haven't heard it, this song is littered with great fills but 00:30 and 04:12 stand out a little.

Derek Pellicci, Little River Band. Fantastic simple fills at 00:48, 01:50, 02:08, 02:36 and 02:54. A masterclass in playing for the song.

Alex Van Halen at 01:13 and 01:58, everybody would know these.

Again at 00:40, 03:34 and 04:16.

Great fills throughout but 00:53 is a standout for me.

DFO's own Chris Whitten, the intro and at 01:02 after the break, kick arse fills. It says video unavailable but hit the watch on YouTube link.

This is a cool fill from Matt Cameron. One of my favorite songs too. The fill is at 2:39. Just a little off-sounding fill, signature Matt Cameron.
I was hoping someone would post that Matt Cameron fill. It's just the coolest off-tempo thing that ends with pure fire. It's one of my favorite fills ever, and made me a Matt Cameron fan.

Glad I posted it. I never ever talked about it with anyone. Glad there’s other people out there that think that fill and Matt Cameron are awesome.

Couldn’t figure out how to copy at the fill time, but it’s at 3:15 that Brain does this stupid long fill, but first slops an easy fill ever so slightly. If I were Les, I’d have kept it, too.

Four fills from ELP's Karn Evil Nine 3rd Impression. The fourth fill one stands out with the huge off-beat big Paiste cymbal choke. I was thrilled as a kid when it came out.
