I’m getting a 24/13/16/18 kit in Tourquoise Sparkle to match my 20/8/10/12/14 kit .
Im going to use it as a 10 piece kit in my band as well . The bandleader loves tom tom beats and I have “ ran out “ of toms working up her originals . This will solve that issue .....The snare I use with it was built by forum member Latzanimal . It is a 6x14 Maple , block construction.

There was a matching snare on the UK eBay just a day or two ago. Already ended, though, unfortunately.

I have rewrapped Gretsch in 8/10/12/13/14/15/16/20/22 with different snares for different gigs. It's been a great asset to be able customize the setup for every gig if I want. Mine are turquoise sparkle as well. Great color, and mine are holding up well after 20 years of use.

HA, I was thinking about your set Paul, when I saw Houndog's pictures. Both look really nice.

BTW: Houndog, is that an old bass drum head with the Fibes logo? If it is I believe you can still get that logo from Tommy's Drum Shop in Austin Texas, if you ever need one. His phone number is: 512-444-3786
