Started putting together an old fiberglass Fibes kit that I’ve had for a while. Noticed on the 18 inch floor Tom reso side, the reinforcement ring has come unglued about a third of the way around the shell on the inside.
Is there eproxy or glue to repair this or am I SOL?
Any help on this repair would be appreciated And as usual Thank you in advance!

Following...also...I have a buddy who went to Mass Maritime...I'll check with him...I don't think you're SOL (I'm working on an old Fibes kit too)

From my Martime buddy....Fiberglass is availabe as a liquid resin.. rough up both sides or pieces and paint the stuff on. Use fiberglass mat strips to overlap both pieces for more strength. If its applied on the inside it wont show.

dtk, couldn't have said it any better. The resin is polyester resin. in small amounts you can just purchase it at your local big box hardware store.
