Organ trio outdoor downtown. 6-9 tomorrow.
They closed down the main street. There are 3 venues spread over the 1.5 mile main street.

There are 6 restaurants with outdoor seating on the street.
Gonna be fun. Jazz and light pop mixture.
Now which cymbals to bring? Too many choices.

Sweet. How'd it go?

My town shut down the main street for the entire summer, maybe longer. How is it going for your town?

Same. Shut down. Music friday and Saturday nights. Im.playing for free. Giving the other guys the $. I dont need the money..they do. I just want to play
I made $5 last night from a tip.

We played straight 8th jazz and a couple swing tunes.

Crowd is 99% rock/oldies/folk so ...who knows. We were only professional group. Everyone else is guitar solo or duos singer/songwriter or pop tune covers.

Lots of great feedback. A guy from Brooklyn said "i feel like im back in nyc..thank you so much"

That felt good.

Bands play under the white tents.
Pretty cool vibe.
Fenced off spots are restaurant/bar outdoor seating.
