This is very hard for me to do in this forum of such great drummers, but here goes...

This is the first video from the band I'm in - Highway 1 Blues, taken at our first public gig on July 25, 2014. The song is "Mojo".

I'm open to constructive, positively worded criticism/comments.

Sounds good to me!

I really dig finally seeing vids of people I have read from on the forum for so long.

I had checked this out on FB. I really enjoyed it. Seems like a fun group.

Thanks folks!

I listen to it and hear so many little errors, it drives me nuts. So I wasn't sure how it would be received.

Of course, I appreciate all feedback!

Here's another one. Highway 1 Blues version of John Mayall and the Blues Breakers "So Many Roads". I'm not sure why, but changing the encoding from .MOV to .mp4 chopped the intro harp solo???

Comments welcome

I was really hoping for some more comments - what can I do better? Is my time good? Too busy on snare, bass etc. I can't improve unless I get some feedback :)

Here's the last video from the gig. It is made up of two partial songs and my first attempt at video editing. Enjoy and please comment:

Sounds awesome! Only thing I noticed is you could try pulling the time back just a bit on the slower blues stuff. A tad bit more behind the beat will go a long way with the feel. You're by no means rushing the time so I hope this came out in a positive way? That's always my intention, you guys sound really good!

I thought it was great! You're time feel felt relaxed and everything was done tastefully.

Yes, it is hard to post amongst all of the great players here.

It's my lack of ability that I'm self-conscious about...
