I have a set of WJM 10” 8” 6” roto toms that I’ve been trying to rearrange on the track they’re mounted on- the same track that came with the drums. But when I tried to turn the handles that held the rods into the track they wouldn’t budge. With quite a bit of force I was able to get one to turn a little but then it wouldn’t go anymore. I’ve heard you should be able to loosen the rods and remove them from the track but mine dont seem to want to move? Do I try pushing really hard and risk damaging the drums? What can I do?

Rinse

If the WD doesn't work try some Liquid Wrench. It's a penetrant like WD40 but I've found it to be more effective when threaded joints are sincerely locked up.

If you have a heat gun you could also try heating the area where the handle engages the bolt. Seems counterintuitive, but it sometimes helps.
