washer on the left is used for the bass drum mount, and other places, at least in the 70's. The next one with the big hole is used for a bottom washer for a Ludwig hihat clutch and also on some of their marching mallets. Not sure of the rest other than the big one with the pointy tip. It is the bottom nut for an older Tama hihat clutch.
The hole is too big. They used them for the bass drum mount in the 70s for the inside washers. They used speed king bearing caps with a smaller hole drilled in them for the beaters and then peened over the end of the shaft.
