I have a gig this next weekend, so I'm deciding what to bring. Music is pop/rock for this show. I like a nice bell, wash not out of control.

So far I have:
18" A Zildjian Medium-Thin
19" A Zildjian Medium-Thin
13" Exodus Synergy Hats (extremely thin)

And my ride choices:

20" Zildjian Armand Ride
20" Zildjian K Ride
20" Zildjian K Custom Dry Ride
20" Paiste Sig Dry Crisp
20" Paiste Formula 602 Medium Ride
20" Paiste Formula 602 Flat Ride
20" Paiste Sig Full Ride
21" Sabian HH Raw Bell Dry Ride
22" Sabian Paragon Ride
22" Paiste Sig Dark Dry Ride
22" Paiste Sig Reflector Bell Ride
22" Zildjian A Rock/Ping Ride
24" Paiste 2002 Ride

Edit: 24" doesn't fit in my case, and the 20" flat doesn't work because I need a bell.

Also, kit is mic'd but no OH, medium size club. Leaning toward 20" Zildjian KC Dry Ride...think it would be too dry for pop/rock?

You're asking us? I presume you know your cymbals much better than we would?

I don't know the Paiste line well, so I would assume either of your Ks could do the job.

Yea, I actually don't gig out much anymore, so I'm looking to I guess pick the "best" cymbal for the live situation without OH/ride mics.

Pick the one you want to play. people will notice. Maybe.
can't be coldly analytical about everything. possibly.
the night will be over before you realize what happened..
anyway. maybe.

Medium size club, no OH's ....

Bring something bigger than a 20. The Sabian Raw bell would be nice.
or ANY of your 22s...

In the past I have used 21" rides in almost any setting from small club to large hall and they are able to shine in any aspect. I would vote for the 21" Sabian. But once again; trust your ear not the internet.

No OH? And you're bringing super thin 13"s? Are there going to be big amps?
