The set that I’ve only taken out once. It was a holiday job, at least 10 yrs ago. They are HEAVY, which I can handle, but just don’t want to risk something happening to them. They sound fantastic but I lean toward a wrapped or already used/abused lacquer set for everything.

You have some FABULOUS drums!
The little 16/12/14 kit is a real peach...you even did it "right" with the Ludwig snare drum....like a Pro. :thumbup:

Yes. I have gigged my black 12/14/18 DW pre collectors, my blue satin flame 60's Slingy 12/14/18, my black sparkle Gretsch square badge 12/14/18, and my tangerine SSB 12/13/16. Right venues only......no dives or outdoor dirty gigs. I have other drums for those! No problems yet......

I liked the idea of having the Gretsch Progressive jazz I picked up last year because it has the cool sizes. Boy this thing is heavy though! I still love it though.
I think you should sell that to me Kurt
