I would recommend you pick up a Fender Mustang. It has software to simulate any pedal you could want and most amp types. Lets you save a bunch of combos and then you can find out what you really like and what order to put your pedal chain in. It will save you so much money and allow you to really find your sound.

I have one that I have been ignoring. At first I was set back a little because you have to pick an amp sound. I finally figured out that that is real world. I use the Fender Bassman as my clean amp sound. Ace
