I didn’t like him live when I saw him 2 years ago. but I’m still a fan. It just seemed raucous and bombastic with not many changes or dynamics. His guitar and vocals have a seriously great pocket.

I saw him a few years back at Monterey Jazz - Sat. afternoon is the blues session and Gary's band killed it along with Booker T! Watching Gary do a Hendrix medley on the Monterey Pop stage was epic......that whole weekend was a great one....

Blatant rip off of the Beatles. Even the title is the same. I get it, some of you will say, "Hey, at least these kids are playing real instruments!" and whatnot, but give me a break. This is even a poor imitation of the Beatles. I mean, do they know how to turn down the distortion? The drummer played Bernard Purdie's part all wrong. I can find touring tribute bands who are better at it than these guys, and they have a record deal! The whole world is going to he**. Get off of my lawn.

And by that, I mean: Cool cover. Well done, and a nice jam.
