Figured that. Just wondering if we knew what brand. $5 aint a bad price I figure. Needs a lot of work though!

it'd be great if you want a cheap timbale...or the parts to make something...if they were half decent (lugs/rods/hoops)....

For $5 you could use it for an arts and crafts project (DCP has a bass drum chandelier)

Plan on cleaning it up and giving it to a student. Have extra heads laying around.

Is there a shop near you so you could work this in a blasting cabinet? There’s a ”media blasting “ shop near here that will rent access to a glass bead cabinet for fifteen bucks per hour.
I’ve gotten great results on hardware and metal shells.

Ended up being a Whitehall? I'll take a picture after cleaning it up. We'll see how it sounds but not making a lamp out of it.:D

Cleaned up nicely. $5 score! Sounds pretty dang good.
