Hole punch for Glitter Wrap and Oyster Pearl

I need to plug various sized holes in a couple of drums. What brand or type of hole punch would you recommend for Glass Glitter wrap and a piece of 50+ year old Black Oyster Pearl wrap?

The hole sizes may range from 3/16" to 1".
