As was mentioned re Bruford, it looks like Aynsley also used a 6.5 Super Sensitive (see the snare protection bar just above his left knee).Aynsley Dunbar?
Thats a 400 snare…
My error, correction noted!Thats a 400 snare…
Bill has always used a hammered bronze 402. He has often mis-identified it as either brass or a regular 402, but I’ve been going to see him play since 1992, and it’s always been a hammered bronze 402.You are right. He played a Lm 402 in the 90's. Now it's a hammered bronze or brass.

I’ve read both.Did Morello ever play a Super Ludwig 402 COB Or just the SL 400?
I saw Mr. Stewart at Yoshi’s Oakland a few years back and thought he was playing 6.5 black beauty. You are right. He played a Lm 402 in the 90's. Now it's a hammered bronze or brass.

He stopped traveling with his own snare at some point in the past 10 years.I saw Mr. Stewart at Yoshi’s Oakland a few years back and thought he was playing 6.5 black beauty.
Probably a 400 supraphonic but maybe a COB super. The 400’s are 5” deep, the 402 is 6.5”. Otherwise they are the same for a given eraSo, someone tell me what model this is. I might play Ludwig drums, but I can't ID snare models by just a picture.
