Can you post pics of the inside of the snare, edges also?
26” bass drum?
Seems like there are a lot of those bass drums for sale on Craigslist, etc. So maybe $150 as the wrap is shot??
Bass drum head is the money there.

Yes agree with above.
The bass drum is toast wrap wise but the head is cool.
The snare is a Leedy I believe and looks to be in much nicer shape and worth restoring.

There's a similar Leedy snare for sale right now. It's in better condition but yours may have more potential with the cool wrap, and, are those brass hoops? Nice engraving. Just noticed the calf batter head on the snare, although it is surely newer it still is nice.

As Pedro suggested you should remove the heads and get some good interior and bearing edge pics of that snare so it can be properly assessed.

Almost the same snare recently sold on ebay for $600. The one on ebay was in nice shape but had the wrong throw off.
Post a picture of yours with the throw off. If there are no extra holes, other than maybe for a heater, your drum should bring around $500 give or take.
The bass drum head has some value, but the bass drum itself, in that condition isn't worth much and would be a pain to ship.

Also, don't attempt a cleanup or restoration. Let the new buyer deal with that.

Original throw off, likely repaired rivet, which is super common on those. Missing one tension rod (not a huge deal). Drum is in original condition, should probably get $600.

Sad - or hopeful- thing about the bass drum is that it appears to be dual tension, though it's missing the front T's and claws.
