These look cool. Wonder how well they work. Yes, I'll be trying them.

INDe cymbal gummies

An excellent material for cymbal suspension, with minimal contact due to the "fingers" ......... I think this is an improvement over felts, an even the more high-tech dense foam washers (forgot the brandname .....).

Now Josh needs to rethink the color ....... just my minor gripe.

 :idea1: I wonder if the color choice was meant to come close to the color of most cymbals so they wouldn't stand out? :thumbright:

The rabbit in me also wants to know what flavor they are. :laughing5:

edit-
ok. just checked the web-site. Nothing on there about them.
Found them on FB.
Anyone find any info on ordering them?

My guess is the picture is samples made out of a "natural colored" resin which is probably cheaper so Inde can see what they will look like in production.

Say what you want about the color, name, or whatever, count me wanting some.

And for the critics, mark my words, in 10 years these in the “original marmalade” are going to go on the secondary market for $80 each, $170 if you have the matching top gum nut.
From now on your adult film name with be "Top Gum Nut"

you young guys have come up with two good words.

Ceramic (as in car coating) and
Microfiber (as in cloth that clean)

I don't like an other word microscratches; is too paranoid : )

I love what Inde is doing but I will gladly stick with felts, thank you very much. Nothing like having some vulcanized piece of material rubbing against your cymbal for years to leave an eventual sticky, gooey mess to clean up. Felts on the other hand never leave a mess and do the job perfectly. If you really want to get your cymbals to open up, buy a set of flat based stands. They probably cost less than a pair of these gummies and the sound difference is dramatic.
