Is it just me or is the highlighted text the same colour as quote boxes?

Is it just me?

When I try to snip out quotes I can't see what I've highlighted because the highlight colour is the same as the quote box colour.

The Highlight is subtle "ya just gotta trust"... I brought this up during this most recent revamp and it was pointed out to me..

Highlight's very faint but it's there and works (for copying and paste erasing editing humor whatever) Faint is faint but it's there and faint. Highlight..more like a dim light but is there.

Why would your forum software over-ride the default highlight colour?

To a low contrast colour?

Do these people even understand the concept of highlighting? It's in the name!
