Relishing in particular the last track on volume 1, "Summer Night" --- Miles playing is the most exquisitely expressive I've ever heard from him. (Victor Feldman, piano; Ron Carter, bass; George Coleman, tenor sax; Frank Butler, drum set). You gotta hear this lossless on a good playback system, naturally!

The soundtrack to a 1958 French film, this was definately Miles at his best....

I married an angel . I was whining about having given away my last copies of Miles Ahead and Kind of Blue . Amazon be thy name . On constant play in the car where I do most of my listening .
